Walter is a character on SpongeBob and Friends and Woody's Adventures. He is the villain in both shows, especially Woody's Adventures. In SpongeBob and Friends, Walter is one of the supporting characters who always kidnaps SpongeBob and some of his friends. He does the same thing in Woody's Adventures, but in ''The End of Walter'', it was revealed that he was Woodrow and Woody's brother, which resulted in him getting beaten to death by Woodrow, Woody and Buzz. He is still alive in SpongeBob and Friends, but he won't be returning to Woody's Adventures after he was killed off. There is also a mini version of him. He is voiced by Harry Bird.
The mini version of Walter also does the same thing in both shows, but once in SpongeBob and Friends, he became a good guy when SpongeBob and Patrick were turned into demons. He is also voiced by Harry Bird.
